Assemble and Installation of conveyor belts, cranes and elevators in compliance with the relevant standards including the following details:

  • Bolt or weld steel rails to the walls to guide the elevator.

  • Implementation of electrical operation (put in electrical wires along walls from floor to floor and then installation of electrical components and related devices required at each floor and at the main control panel in the machine room).

  • Bolt or weld together the steel frame of an elevator car and install the platform, walls, and doors.

Procurement of materials and consumables, installation, start-up, and maintenance of liquid gas installations as per ASME regulatory requirements including:

  • Landscaping and preparation of liquid gas installations sites.

  • Concreting and reinforcing for the purpose of construction of foundation and liquid gas tanks supports.

  • Procurement and installation of liquid gas pumps, compressors, valves, fittings and hose connections.

  • Installation of manifolds required for the purpose of transportation of liquid gas to storage tanks and bulk liquid gas transportation tankers.

  • Procurement and installation of liquid gas vaporizers.

  • Installation of mixers of liquid gas vapors and air.

  • Implementation of electrical operations required for the purpose of start-up and operation of pumps, compressors and site lighting.

  • Performance of fire fighting operations and building water storage reservoirs per NFPA regulatory requirements.

Some Experiences

Implementation of natural gas operations as per API and ANSE standards and regulatory requirements including:

  • Construction and erection of TBS, CGS and CPS for the purpose of pressure reduction and cathodic protection of pipes and fittings.

  • Transporting gas to gas fired boilers and gas train lines installation.

  • Implementation of gas networks and feed lines operations.

  • Implementation of steel and polyethylene piping operations as per the relevant standards and regulatory requirements.
